QrateKidz (“QrateKidz”, “the service”) is operated by Keitz C. Aquino (“we”, “us”, trading as QrateKidz). By creating an account or using the service you enter into an agreement with Keitz C. Aquino on these terms. You can reach us at support@qratekidz.com.
By accessing, registering for, or continuing to use QrateKidz you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, stop using the service. You confirm you are of legal age in your country and, where you use QrateKidz on behalf of an organisation or co-op, that you have authority to bind it. Parents and guardians are responsible for the accounts and activity of the children (“explorers”) they add.
QrateKidz is a homeschool planning and record-keeping tool: quest and lesson planning, daily and weekly boards, a digital resource library, attendance and streak tracking, optional grading, portfolio generation and advisor share links, plus optional AI assistant (MCP) access to your own family data. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within the plan you have selected.
Provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials and parent PIN confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
You must not:
You keep ownership of the curriculum notes, photos, videos, links and other content you add. You grant us a limited licence to host, store, process and display that content solely to operate and provide the service to you (including generating portfolios and share links you choose to create). You are responsible for having the rights to any content you upload, and for what you choose to share through advisor links.
We retain all rights in the service, including its software, design, documentation and branding. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of our intellectual property to you.
QrateKidz is offered on a subscription basis: US$7.99 per month or US$59.99 per year, after a 14-day free trial. Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period until cancelled, and you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
Payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy, LLC, which acts as the Merchant of Record for every QrateKidz subscription. Lemon Squeezy calculates, collects and remits any applicable sales tax or VAT at checkout and issues your invoice. See our Refund Policy for our money-back guarantee.
Lemon Squeezy, LLC is the Merchant of Record and seller for all QrateKidz subscriptions, handling secure checkout, billing, invoicing and worldwide tax compliance. QrateKidz is operated by Keitz C. Aquino, who provides the service itself. Customer-service inquiries about your subscription should be sent to support@qratekidz.com.
We work to keep QrateKidz reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. Features may change, and maintenance or third-party outages may cause downtime. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Optional AI assistant access lets a connected assistant read and manage your own family data. AI output may be inaccurate or incomplete; you are responsible for reviewing it and for the prompts you submit. AI features are not a substitute for professional, educational, legal or regulatory advice, and you remain responsible for compliance with your local homeschooling requirements.
We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may cancel at any time. On termination your right to use the service ends; you may export your data during a reasonable window, after which your content may be deleted or anonymised.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages, including lost profits, lost data or loss of goodwill, and our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law does not allow it. You indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your unlawful use, or your breach of these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, and disputes will be heard by the competent courts there, without limiting mandatory consumer rights in your own country. You may not assign these terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control. We may update these terms and will post the revised version here with a new date.
